يتضمن البحث مقدمة و مبحث تمهيدي يتناول ماهية التعاقد من الباطن و مدى مشروعيته في العقود الإدارية، و ينقسم إلى مطلبين ثم المبحث الأول بعنوان : الحماية القانونية للمتعاقد من الباطن الخفي في العقود الإدارية و يتضمن ثلاثة مطالب ثم المبحث الثاني : الضمانات الإضافية للمتعاقد من الباطن الخفي و يحتوي على مطلبين ثم المبحث الثالث و عنوانه : الآثار القانونية المترتبة على التعاقد من الباطن الخفي و يحتوي على ثلاثة مطالب.

ثم انتهت الدراسة بخاتمة تضمن أهم النتائج و التوصيات.

Then the study ended with a conclusion that includes the most important findings and recommendations.
